Kowloon Station, Hong Kong
Internationally, Kowloon Station in Hong Kong is a benchmark example of MTR’s successful Rail + Community (R+C) model.
Built as part of the Airport Express Line, Kowloon Station is more than a transport hub — it’s a fully integrated, high-density precinct featuring premium residential towers, grade-A office spaces, hotels, and the iconic Elements shopping mall.
The precinct reflects MTR’s unique ability to unlock land value through rail investment while delivering thriving urban communities above and around stations.
Southside, Hong Kong
The Southside, also in Hong Kong, is MTR’s most ambitious transit-oriented development to date.
Sitting atop the Wong Chuk Hang Station on the South Island Line, this landmark project includes over 4,700 residential units and a vibrant retail destination.
